Bandwidth,  Co-location and Leased Servers

IDO is unique in its field. We cover a wide range of services. We do not outsource. When there is an issue, IDO is able to quickly resolve it. Not only do we build computers and servers as an OEM systems builder, but we also provide 1U and 2U rack mount space for co-locations and/or leased servers that we design and build at our customers request.

 

Beta Testing before Production.

It is critical to every business that a beta period is established to find all the bugs, compatibility issues between hardware and software, remote accessing.  Going into production before testing is a dangerous place for any company. The loss of Time and work can be devastating. I like to design the beta environment and work with my customers to see how the interaction between my design and their computer behavior is compatible. I can then make adjustments custom fitted to how my customer uses my design. It is nice because if there is a flaw, I can quickly switch my design off and reestablish the customers existing network until the beta is perfected and flawless. My customers appreciate this solution because beta testing is during slow production times, or on times when it is not normal business hours and no work or production is ever interrupted.

 

Hardware/Software Solutions

The Web Zone offers computer parts, repair, retail and shopping services. Once a Network Plan is agreed to, I have The Web Zone place my order with The Web Zone.  As soon as the parts and software arrive, I can then build customers workstations and/or servers. 

My Maintenance Services
Maintenance Agreements are critical. This enables me to finance an agreement over time to keep the costs down for my customers. Maintenance Agreements allows me to manage and service my customers growing businesses. I provide on-site visits, training, improvements, growth and whatever may arise.

Network Infrastructure Solution
For enterprises that depend on their networks for critical business processes, any downtime can have a significant impact on sales and productivity. But as different variable users access your internet and/or network for any reason, IDO guarantees your network equipment will perform as expected and deliver the performance and availability you need. When IDO designs your network, it is designed as a no down network. We always provide a cluster network design that has multiple servers capturing your data. If once machine has a hardware failure the other servers are intelligent to switch data flow to the next available server to hold your data and keep your business in production. Once the hardware is repair the server accepting your data will send it back.

Security Testing Solution
I am also a software developer. This enables me to create multi-faceted and dynamic firewalls and 512+ encryption codes that provides the safest environment for my customers data.

Streaming Media
This is not an issue for me. I have great relationships with several vendors that will burst my customers bandwidth within a phone call.

System and Software Administration
As enterprises move key business processes onto Web and Database infrastructures, performance, scalability, and availability become even more critical. With users requiring access to applications around the clock, IDO provides solutions whether it is hardware of software to keep your company connected.


Remote Solutions.
Remote access is critical to many businesses. The majority of my customers have servers both in their facilities and others to promote the most effective network as possible. I provide a secured path into their server at either my facility or of their choice in order to access it at any given time. Remote access is also a benefit for myself. If I am in Eugene and my Customer is in say Washington state and they are having an issue. I can simply log in to their network and check out the issue and fix it quickly.  See my resume.
